Health and essentially well-being…
…is a result of an alignment with yourself. The diet, type of exercise and movement, amount of sleep, type of work, and other lifestyle factors that suit each individual is a dynamic exchange with life. Balance and the wobbliness in between is an ongoing aligning and realigning with ourselves. One’s alignment is each individuals unique holistic health and lifestyle solution. There is no ‘’one size fits all’’ in all meanings. Not everyone will thrive in the same size or shape of body, house, job, family situation, country, culture and so on…and nor is there one method of diet, sleep pattern, fitness etc that fits one and all.
There is also no pre-condition that says one outcome or result that you achieve through following a certain diet, philosophy or job is better than another. There is only an ‘it depends’. It is all relative to where you stand and who you are in any given moment in time, and comparable only to yourself and where you were before.
Riding this ever moving dynamic wave of change that is life on earth erstwhile staying true to that unchanging eternal nature within us is the great adventure of living well.
Daily presence practices, such as meditation and other holistic tools and techniques, help us with that tuning in and alignment through all our many depths of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual being. They guide us to a place where we better can move with the dynamic of the Energy in any given day, week, month, year or phase of life. It is about listening, feeling and allowing what works best for you at any given time. You know when you are aligned to ‘’well-beingness’’ through you experiencing the ‘aha’ and the ‘yes, now this’ with each calibration and re-calibration…
…with each evolving version of you.

It is true - this type of aligned living for holistic health and well being has a price. We have to let go of our doubt and our judgements on this and that, and we have to imagine ‘’anything is possible’’ and make ourselves free to take the steps to create that life-style that makes the individual ‘me’ in the collective ‘us’ - thrive.
